Very long had to wait almost 30 days for them to contact me and ask me for a 1 to 1 interview in manchester headquarters. The interview was only average hard as the questions very predictable. The first impression was a very professional way of doing the business.

A forty minute interview with the store manager over Microsoft Teams, was made to feel very relaxed, yet it was not informal. Confidence is key as he commented that my confidence was what set me apart from the other candidates.

Super simple, one phone interview, one in person interview and offered the job on the spot with training on the job - they go for bubbly personalities! I was interviewed by the store manager who was very knowledgeable and keen to hear what I had to say about what I could offer them
