The Store Manager & Regional Manager met me at a local Mexican restaurant. They did not "interview" me per-say rather than attempt to sell me on the company. It worked; I left there thinking I'd be a fool not to accept the job, that this would be a huge salary increase for myself and my son whom I raise singly.
