Submitted an application online. Went in the following day and dropped a resume off to the manager of the store and was selected for an interview. After a short interview, was offered the job and started the next week. A very easy and simple process.

Basic car knowledge, asking about car parts, previous experiences, and personal questions like hobbies, and stuff like that. The interview goes by very smoothly, first is a manger interview, then a DM interview, nothing to dificult.
A matching test with numbers about 5 digits long.
