Awful - recruiter and founders and CEOs lead you on. No information, continually moved forward the date of hearing back of the interview outcome to suit them and involve more and more candidates with no notice, making the process last months when it should have lasted weeks. The task was 3 pages long and took days of work to complete, the interview was in person - a presentation task to the CEOs and founders for 3 hours!, to then be ghosted and never heard from again!!
