When I was hired I had to interview with a Branch Manager, Marketing Manager, and the Division Manager. The interviews were similar, but each person needed to have a chance to meet me.
Very simple and straight forward. Consisted of both written and verbal questions. Interview was done through a computer based program. I was able to schedule on my own time since the interview was a recording which made it easy to work into my schedule.
