Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Nutrabolt (Austin, TX) en oct 2024

      Entrevista

I first had an initial phone screen call with the talent coordinator, who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The next step was a video interview with the hiring manager, which was scheduled within three working days from the phone screen. That interview went very well, and just the next morning, I was asked for my availability to schedule video interviews with a project manager I'd be working with day-to-day, as well as the director of the department. Those were again able to be scheduled within about three working days out. All the while, the same talent coordinator from very beginning remained my touchpoint for availabilities and interview scheduling, and provided me with the names and titles of everyone I'd be meeting, and there was a helpful graphic included in each email, showing all the steps of the interview process, and at what stage I was currently. Later the same afternoon of the third video interview, I was asked for my availability for what was stated explicitly to be a final video interview with a VP. I received word the next morning that the interview had been scheduled for the following day, and that after that, I should expect a decision from them within 5-7 business days. The final interview also went great, it was on a Friday, and I received a text the following Wednesday morning from the talent coordinator, asking when I'd be available that day for what would end up being a call from her with a verbal offer. I was somewhat surprised, at times, to be asked to meet with that many levels of the department for a fairly low-to-mid-level job, but the design team is quite lean and works closely with each other day-to-day, so I get the sense after talking with everyone that it adds up. Besides, the responsiveness and efficiency that everyone showed throughout the process made a many-step path go pretty quickly and certainly feel like it wasn't long or drawn out at all.
