Screen call with internal recruiter for 15 minutes. Screen call with two developers for an hour on Zoom just talking about the job. Probably the most bizarre interview of my life as they didn’t really describe the job, seemed to not understand the complexity of certain tasks they were planning, saying that their decisions were made by an architecture team and not themselves, while not describing any of the projects that would be worked on, not the skills required for them. They tended to belittle me and left 5 minutes to ask any questions. Gave strange feedback as my experience was very relevant to the role so can only presume some bias towards me personally as I don’t see any other reason, seeing as the tech stack and job spec requirements were covered. Feel I dodged a bullet at least. Recommend to put the interviewers through training.

Recruiter call 15 mins. Then 1 hr interview with 2 developer. Experience overview and q&a technical questions. And one of the interviewer keeps challenging you with not much sense. I believe there will be take home task if you get through
