The interview went okay ( according to me). However, there was one question where I could not come up with a solution the interviewer was looking for and some hand-holding from the interviewer took place. The interviewer was looking for a very specific solution that I failed to come up with. Also, there was some lag in the audio as a result of which communication was becoming an issue. I was hoping for a call for the next round. I didn't get a rejection mail after 2 days. So I mailed my Nutanix Talent Advisor & I received no reply. I called HR and I was told "I will get back to you." which they never did. It's been almost two weeks and rejection mail would have been nice even if I did bad according to the interviewer. Nutanix lacks communication. Bad experience as a candidate.
