The interview process was well structured, professional and transparent. It included an initial recruiter conversation, discussions with the hiring manager and an experienced Systems Engineer, followed by a final panel interview with a presentation and Q&A. Communication throughout the process was clear and respectful. I especially appreciated the focus on team fit, customer-facing experience, learning mindset and honest discussion of strengths and ramp-up areas.
