The Nuro interview process includes 6 one-on-one interviews. Among these, there is 1 research talk primarily centered on the theme of uncertainty, where you'll be expected to present and discuss your work or related topics. Additionally, the process includes a LeetCode-style coding interview to assess your algorithmic problem-solving skills. You'll also face 2 real-world questions related to Nuro’s field of expertise, which will require applying your knowledge to practical scenarios. The specific topics for each interview will be provided by the interviewers ahead of time.

Entrevista
First 30-min Phone Interview. Talked about my basic informations (e.g. degree, visa requirement, etc), past projects related to the role, the applied role and company. Guided me for the next round of interviews. The interviewer was really nice.
8 rounds of interview including screening + onsite. Coding x 2, 1 behavioral, remaining research based. Recruiter ghosted after onsite without any update. Terrible waste of time, absolutely would not recommend.
