Got a shortlist, was asked to take an online test. Spent time preparing and took the test. Got a call from HR that I passed the test and described further process.
Got a rejection mail without an interview. Bad experience and waste of time.

Immature recruitment practices, had a disappointing experience.
First they informed that my CV has been shortlisted and asked to appear for a couple of online tests.
Then HR called after a few days and asked to appear for one of those tests again as apparently the recording wasn't stored on their system. 🙄
Anyway, after completing the test for the 2nd time, HR informed that I've cleared the round and soon he'll schedule the interview.
But that never happened and around a month later, received an email mentioning that they've closed the opening with someone else.
