First I received a call from the hiring team at the corporate office. It was a pleasant conversation and I was happy to be getting called so soon after submitting my application online. The phone call ended with setting my interview time for the following day with the store director. I had my interview and got hired on that day as a checker! The process was very easy and enjoyable. From application to interview and now through my training days I have witnessed first hand why this is one of Fortunes Top 100 companies to work for!

It was very pleasant. I felt comfortable from the first moment. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very kind and made me let go of the little anxiety I had.Cody in the in person interview he was very nice to me from the very beginning. Overall, it was one of the best interviews I've had in my career.

One brief phone interview, then an in-person one. Just the typical interview questions + more about their company. I watched a bunch of interview preparation videos which helped me a lot. While they interviewed, they also made a lot of conversation, they're there to be your friend, not just an interviewer. Super smooth process.
