Phone Screen, Personality/IQ Test. Panel Interview. The process took 3 months. This is the 2nd time I have interviewed with Nucor. Recruiters have a hard time getting back to you. I have had to send reminders every 7-10 days because they would just go silent. It is hard for them to put together a panel because everyone is constantly on the road. My advice is that if you are interviewing at other places and are expecting and offer soon you NEED to tell the recruiter, or else you can expect to sit there for weeks denying job offers hoping this one works out.
