Recruiter contacted me via telephone. And then they called me for a face to face interview. First technical and then my personality review. I just got qualified them and joined it. Recruitment was pretty fast. Maybe its because the company is of small sized. Hiring processes happen too fast. The technical interview was little tricky though. They ask only simple questions, but they expect good answers. Language wasn't a problem fro them.
