Had a first interview with the Recruiter and a week later they sent me a Business Case. I had 1 week to send my answers and another week after that I presented it to them in English. Next week I had an interview with the hiring manager with was really pleasant - technical, behavioral, but also they were very calm and empathetic - and two days later the final interview with the Head of People. Overall experience: I really enjoyed it as a candidate. Had a great time. They answered all of my questions. They listened to me. They are really smart and the stakes are high. In the end I thought "I would be glad to work with this people".
