Interview process was pretty relaxed. Initial contact was established through employee referral followed by a short email exchange with the manager. The process concluded with a brief Skype interview in which I was asked to answer some background and technical questions about my experience for the language I was applying for. A lot of emphasis is placed on familiarity with the pop culture, media, politics, and any other current events associated with the region/language you're applying for.
