Simple - met with HR manager and direct manager. It was a very low stress interview. It took 30 minutes at most. It was straightforward and they asked about my skills in order of strength. I had been contracting there before so I was already familiar with the organization.
short and straightforward, utilized time efficiently and there were multiple people as part of the interview process. arrival and check in was also efficient; friendly reception and not a long wait
phone screen with a recruiter who had no cell service and I couldn't understand a word she said but was somehow moved forward to two separate on-site interviews where I met with a bunch of people back to back.

1 in person interview with HR and the process is they pick 2-3 people from the first round to get a second interview with department heads. They are very nice and very professional. I got a second interview.
