It was an interview for an internal move so all the background and records are known. It was very friendly and professional. Common grounds were known. Feedback was also continuous and the communications was very open.

Three step process including phone, video and in person organised via an external recruiter. Would be a hybrid role but fixed in office days weren't mentioned. Long wait time to receive an offer via email. Salary was given in round two
