1 hour interview, with me + 3 other people from novartis. Presentations and then 2 typical behavioural question. 1 hour was not enough. A lot of time was wasted in presentation of the job (which i knew well, since i was a referral from a friend and i had told them) After some day i received a rejection from a no-reply email address. I contacted the recruiter to receive some feedback. Recruiter replied immediately and forwarded email to someone else. That was 3 weeks ago, i asked for 1 update as well but it's just silence from them. I was left extremely disappointed, especially because the job looked really easy to do (i have a lot of experience and credentials) so I wanted to know why i was rejected.
