Applied online and the HR called me after few days for scheduling a telephonic interview (TI) with the scientific team. During the TI, the team discussed and asked about my previous work experience and why I want to join the pharma major. They also asked questions from Novartis' late stage/marketed products. It went really well. HR called again, may be after a day or two, for scheduling the F2F interview in Hyderabad. The F2F consisted of common questions related to drug development/clinical studies and in the HR asked usual questions, why you want to join, salary, about the company etc. The F2F round also had a writing test, which included summarising two research papers, which discussed clinical data about the company's products, and around 10 questions related to Advanced MS Excel.
