The hiring process consisted of resume submission, phone discussion and an interview with 5 managers individually. Everyone was friendly and very informative about the position. I communicated with the recruiter for a status and after about 3 to 4 weeks, I was offered the position.

Apply to that company only if you are borned as an Excellent Senior /Specialist /CEO. Ridiculous! Talked with more than 7 people,it took more than 1 and half month and finally decided to change their plan for the position.
Many questions for business cases that were repeated during 2nd round,like the interviewers never talked to each other. It feels like 2 people attacking you for one hour with no time for questions from your side. Imagine the working environment with them. Avoid!

Horrible experience with this company which employs some of the most incompetent and dishonest people in HR. I was interviewed by someone in Israel and Bulgaria (oh and by the way the UK and Switzerland are no better). If you are a highly experienced secretary or recruiter/salesperson I highly recommend that you apply for their HR Business Partner roles wherever they are. They will for sure hire you and promote you at regular intervals; however, if you have worked in HR and know how to use your brain well in this area then there is no point in applying for HR roles as they will literally laugh in your face and deceive you throughout each and every step of the recruitment process. It is shocking that Novartis which claims to be a world leader in pharma would employ such incompetent people in HR. For those of you who have applied for a HRBP role in London.....oh well, good luck to you. Maybe they will hire you and onboard you in 2025....

Really stupid questions asked due to the fact that interviewers were incompetent. One of the interviewers failed to pick up key information from my CV and thought that I had worked as a HR consultant with external clients.
