It started with a detailed telephonic interview where my motivation to take up staffing role, my interface with top management, ability to articulate etc was checked. Then it was face to face interviews where each interviewer had different agenda starting from interviewing skills, understanding compensation and benefits, business acumen, communication, negotiation ,ability to handle demanding situation etc. Its was all behavioral based interviewing and I thoroughly enjoyed in the process.
