The process took from 5 months. First they rejected me, saying they´d like someone with a different accent (???). After a month or so they came back and I did two interview rounds, with the hiring manager and her boss. They promised to get back to me, called after 2 days saying they haven´t decided yet. After 14 days I called them and asked if they could let me know about their decision by a certain date. They promised to get back to me. And did after 1 month. With no offer. Surely they don´t think I am sitting, still waiting for their decision? Very unprofessional. I wouldn´t have accepted even if they did have an offer for me, because if this is how their HR department works, then I don´t want to be a part of it.
