I thought the interview went well. I was offered the same salary that I had been making however a year later my salary was cut 10% because although my duties were added on to in some areas they were decreased in one other. At times I did not feel as though the person was listening to me as an individual but instead just a run of the mill warm body to fill a spot. I have excellent references and work ethics and am proud of them.
