The same questions are asked at every interview when trying to switch within the company. Basically they want to know why you want to move within the company. They have a list of preprinted questions they will ask you. They vary between supervisor and managers being in the same interview to save time. More often than not, it is a behavioral interview.

2 Months from Interview to Possible hiring. Just to come to tell you that they now have to abide by new HR rules and good candidates that were already selected are now not being considered. I would be careful interviewing there. Huge waste of time.
