first there was an orientation conducted by the company and one of the HR representative has given complete details about selection process. later there was a written test(50 marks,1 hour) of which aptitude and technical each weighed 20 marks. 10 marks for English grammar . I got passed through it and a group discussion was held with 16 candidates per group and for each group 2 HR's were assigned. and next day it was the time for technical and HR's interviews..
