Interview was very uncomfortable, it involved being told that I should not look scruffy. I was only wearing a scarf and trainers. She -Marilyn Brydge made several comments which was pretty unnecessary . It was intimating at a personal level . I was not asked about my method of teaching or approach. Very egotistical as the interview process was at a costa coffee , my failure to recognize how she looks like was a problem. I would avoid it .
