good communication for director of selection, nice meeting. sounds like they are looking for the best and the fittest. 1200 interviews and only 40 make it. wow. sure would want to be one of those 40. positive atmosphere, hard working men and women. nice office, everyone gets their own office. seems like not too many meetings. hard work is what it takes.

Very casual, over the phone, expect to cold call even if they say you won't. Almost zero technical questions and seemed rather rushed. Probably wouldn't advise unless you have no other options.

First was a phone call interview. Then in person with the cheif recruiter. They had me come in for a third interview to meet two more representiatives and gave me assignements to start building my clients

The initial interview was fine. If you wish to proceed they'll give you an assignment that will take some time to prepare. If they offer you a position you'll find its mostly all networking through your personal connections for sales. Not ideal.
