Northrop Grumman came to an university career fair and I spoke with a recruiter. Scheduled an in- person interview for October 20 at their office near BWI. The interviewer was very nice and personable. The interview felt more like a conservation rather than an interrogation- especially when I had the opportunity to ask questions at the end. I had about 3 or 4 questions prepared which started another conversation. A very simple interview process.
