Lengthy process and difficult technical questions. It seems to me that they are trying to eliminate candidate who don't have the insider's help. In all, "It was not about what you know, but who you know."
They contacted me for an in person interview and then asked me leet code style questions. After the interview I heard back from a recruiter who set up another phone call with me

Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
