Interview process was pretty typical, initial phone interview with the hiring manager then an on-site interview with him. Only part that was a little bit of a pain was the whole relocation package but we got that sorted out eventually.

Went to a conference, they did a 30min interview and then I received an on the spot job offer at the conference. It was a rewarding experience, they had an offer party at this conference and people were networking.

Got a called from HR a week after I submitted my application for an on-site interview.
the interview took 2 hours talking to 2 engineer and the manager all at the same time.
questions were good, reasonable and fair.
after the interview , they gave me a tour to their lab. Week after I got a call from HR to discus availability and the salary and 10 days after I got a call with an offer.

The interview was 100% technical with no "soft" questions that made you really think about your engineering background and piece things together for an answer. Overall it was a challenging interview that puts into perspective the talent and intellect required to work at Northrop Grumman.
