Visited facility twice, meeting with the hiring manager and 3 managers for about 40 minutes each the first time around. The second interview was more laid back and I met with the hiring manager and 2 group managers. HR extended an offer the next day. Everyone was extremely nice and personable. I could already tell that it would be a fun place to work. They also mentioned their explicit need for young talent to replace their aging workforce.

Interviewer basically started off by saying they were having a bad day, resulting in poor engagement. The interview was also held over the phone, making paralinguistic observations much more difficult.
