Th interview had 3 levels.First is from HR - more on prrparing you for the next interview and asked about your expected annual salary, then 1 panel interview consisting of Process manager and Section manager, and lastly interviewed by the Department Head

Two tier interview after Human Resources interview. First with AVP then with VP. Majorly online post pandemic. Was able to provide update within two weeks. Fiest interview is commonly through panel

Met with hiring manager, then 4 to 5 subsequent interviews with other company leaders. Scheduling seemed easy enough. Second-to-last meeting and a completely separate recruiter called to let me know no further interviews would be needed and they were going in a different direction. Pending meeting invites were not canceled. Nothing was submitted in writing. I followed up for feedback and never received any. Months later I receive a call from a recruiter who leaves a voicemail saying that they’re moving in a different direction. Bizarre.
Originally scheduled to interview with two people. One person didn’t bother showing up and then they had the gall to tell me I wasn’t interested enough in the position. Run for the hills, there’s a reason this firm has the turnover that it does.
