Afterward, HR mentioned they were waiting to finalize a customer deal before moving forward, but despite multiple follow-ups, I never received any further updates or responses. Key Takeaway: While the interview process itself was structured and professional during the conversations, the lack of communication and closure afterward was disappointing. Candidates invest their time and effort, and timely updates even if negative are a basic expectation. Recommendation: Based on my experience, I would not recommend interviewing here unless the company improves its candidate communication and professionalism.
