They changed the scheduled time at last moment and during the interview they said nearly nothing about the company and role, no introduction at all, until I started asking questions. But the most negative aspect was that the day of the interview, before the discussion, I received the generic email saying I've not been selected for an interview. This after the opposite was communicated and an interview scheduled... I did not proceed to further steps in the recruiting after this initial interview, however the handling of this first step was messy and unprofessional.
