i applied online and also had a member of my network give my resume to a senior executive. I had a phone screening with a recruiter, and I was advised that they would let me know in 2 weeks if they would bring me in for an in-person interview. I was emailed 2 weeks later informing me that they would not be going forward with my application and didn't respond when I asked for some feedback, which was very disappointing.
