Interview was done remotely. Hiring manager was engaged and answered questions clearly and in a friendly manner. I would say it was stress free and comfortable which was nice to experience.

Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!

Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.
