I was interviewed through a website named HireVue, where I was asked how I would handle certain workplace situations and help customers. This website was a video interview. A couple of days later, I received a call with follow-up questions on what I was specifically looking for in the job.

Easy and quick open interviews. First job and where I learned to dress right and work hard. Still to this day use the customer service skills learned here. Moved from cashier to sales quickly.

It was a group interview with a few other candidates. We were all greeted and taken into an office room where the interview took place. One of the managers conducted the interview.

Overall pretty easy. Talked with general manager and they weren't looking for much experience. I just talked about why I wanted the job and how I was qualified. The role was open for a few weeks before I found it so I knew they were a little desperate.
