Received a referral from my mentor who currently works as a Finance Manager at Nordstrom. Did a virtual on-demand interview that asked a couple of basic behavioral questions and then, a couple of weeks later, received an invitation to the final round. Had 2 behavioral/technical interviews conducted by 2 Finance Managers. Behavioral questions were basic but focused a lot on time management. There looked to be no script - the managers seemed to come up with questions on the fly based on my responses, which was refreshing. Technical focused on Excel skills.

How did you manage the multiple demands and what was the result? -Walk me through the project that was toughest for you to lead. Tell me what you did to keep it on track Tell me about a time you had to think outside of the box -Basic Excel questions on conditional formatting, index, hlookup, vlookup, pivot tables

Entrevista
There were three interview rounds, starting with the manager and progressing to the director. Each round became progressively more rigorous—first behavioral, then strategic, and finally technical. The technical portion was fairly standard in difficulty and focused mainly on practical problem-solving rather than extremely complex concepts, making the overall process manageable and structured.
