The interviewer has a set of questions they have to ask. "Tell me about a time you had to deliver bad news. What would you do if an employee was underperforming?" Etc. My interviewer also asked questions that were not on the sheet, like what my comfort level is with certain tasks like public speaking. My interviewer was very clear about what the role would entail and how it differs from my current role. We spoke for about an hour.

Straight to the point if you have sales experience Be open and honest about your love of fashion and make sure you are customer focused Easy questions and some managers will make you answer all questions so be prepared for some lengthy questions that are repetitive
