It was quite a good experience overall. The lady who interviewed me was pretty nice and see seemed to have liked me. I was not very nervous, so that was good. She tested my abilities by asking me to see her a piece of merchandise. I did my thing, and it went well.

Started with a phone interview from HR and was invited for interview in store. The phone interview was about 20 minutes long mainly asking about your current job and how you provided great customer service.

Very comfortable interview. Asked the general questions. If you have ever worked in a customer service, retail, commission and sales - Definite include that. Definite research the company before attending the interview. See what brands they carry and what price range.
