I didn’t get passed the phone interview. The recruiter let me know there was no need to finish the phone interview because they were looking for someone with a completely open availability for their part time position. This puzzled me. I never heard of having to have an open availability for a PART TIME position. I told him that I wanted to work any night, and all day on weekends. It still was not enough.

Easy and quick open interviews. First job and where I learned to dress right and work hard. Still to this day use the customer service skills learned here. Moved from cashier to sales quickly.

It was a group interview with a few other candidates. We were all greeted and taken into an office room where the interview took place. One of the managers conducted the interview.

Overall pretty easy. Talked with general manager and they weren't looking for much experience. I just talked about why I wanted the job and how I was qualified. The role was open for a few weeks before I found it so I knew they were a little desperate.
