Filled out an application then received an email 2 days later saying the position has been filled. 2 days after that I received another email requesting to set up a phone interview. I had to choose the date and time and was told they will call within 2 hours of my scheduled time but I got a call in less than 15 minutes. She asked 4 simple questions (listed below) and scheduled me for an in person interview. The hiring manager asked me a few questions mostly being describe a time questions. In the end, she said she was looking to hire 3 people, she’d be doing interviews into next week and I’d hear something regardless if I get hired or not. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything back yet so I assume I didn’t get the position because online it says they aren’t taking anymore applications.

Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!

Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
