Relaxed and laid-back, two current employees (the manager and another merchandiser) conducted the interview. They asked questions on current fashion trends, stores and brands that I found inspiring as well as creative projects that I'd taken part in outside of work.

It was an easy experience. I went in early before the store was open. I had to pull together looks for three mannequins. The interview was one on one with the hiring manager.

very straight forward and simple. Want to make sure you understand visual merchandising and is comfortable with using basic tools. Be prepared to do a mock styling based on a trend given to you.
