      My interview experience with NinjaOne was exceptional, thanks to the incredible people I interacted with, especially Katee, the recruiter. She was world-class: professional, personable, and truly invested in helping me find the right fit.       Entrevista

      The interview process with NinjaOne was a standout experience. My recruiter was supportive and communicative throughout, and scheduling was seamless from start to finish. Every interviewer I spoke with was professional, well-prepared, and genuinely warm. It was clear they cared deeply about both the role and the candidate experience. Interviewers asked practical, thoughtful questions about stakeholder management. They asked how I'd approach a listening tour across internal teams, and how I'd prioritize work to drive impact quickly. I left with a clear understanding of expectations and how success would be measured within the first 30–60 days. What stood out most was the company's momentum. NinjaOne is growing tremendously, and you can feel that energy in every conversation. This energy is paired with a refreshing humility. This is a team is clearly willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. They spoke candidly about what's working, what's still being built, and where they need strong operators to help shape the path forward. Equally impressive was how authentically the team embodies the company's culture and values. Culture conversations surfaced naturally in how people described their teammates, made decisions, and treated one another. The values are clearly lived, not just published on the website. If you're considering NinjaOne, I'd wholeheartedly encourage you to go for it. The team is sharp, the work is meaningful, and it's evident they're investing in building something significant.
