This was definitely the smoothest interview process I've ever been through. It had the fewest steps, which was great, and each phase moved quickly. As a result, I received a job offer in record time. The interview team (QAs, HR, etc.) was fantastic as well. They were always encouraging me to ask questions about the company and to clarify any doubts I had.
