I was quite disappointed with how this interview process was handled. I got a invite for a 30 min phone interview. The interview went well and I was told after the phone interview that I was moved onto the next round. The recruiter stated she will send me the invite immediately after our talk, I will be meeting with 3 people, and will complete a take home test. I called the next day and left a voicemail for the recruiter, no call back. I texted the following Wednesday, no text back. I understand being ghosted from employers but what doesn’t sit well with me is the dishonesty that this company and this recruiter displayed. Being told you will move onto the next round and not hear a word or receive an email tells me there is no sense of integrity. If the intentions were never to move me forward, why waste my time and have a person waiting for an email for the next rounds? Disappointing.
