Smooth HR screening video call with basic cultural questions and motivations. The second video call came 2 weeks later with the Hiring team. I was expecting 2 interviewers but only 1 showed up. Just right at the beginning of the call the interviewer started recording without asking. This made the whole interview awkward for me. I have not been selected.
