There were a couple calls with the HR Manager and Technical guy. HR Manager described how good they are doing now and something about new investment round.
Technical guy asked in more details what I was doing at previous jobs.
After a while they sent Email with the rejection.

Normal, maybe a little bored. It seems like the hiring team doesn't know what they need - a complete waste of time, not recommended, there are many better opportunities. They dont follow up the process, no answers.
