First by phone, then infield with a manager /associate director. Hotel lobby - very friendly - casual. was given a call back and did a ride along with a current employee and shown what the job was like. Offered a position and sent to Florida for training

Scheduled a remote interview with direct supervisor and depending on outcome, a follow-up panel interview with senior leadership. Hired after first initial virtual interview and received offer letter about 1-2 weeks following.

i had about 3 interviews plus one with the hr representative over the phone. it started with a brief call reviewing my qualifications and then an online interview followed by an in person interview with the hiring managers and a last call with managers from other regions.
